Maple Kitchen Cabinets in Chicago, IL
As you step into the kitchen area, the first thing you’ll notice is the expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that give you an incredible view of the famous Navy Pier. It also fills the home with lots of gorgeous natural light that highlights the lighter colors used throughout the kitchen and dining area.
The cabinets are custom-built with maple wood. The bottom cabinets throughout this kitchen are painted with a unique pebble color, a light gray with some hints of beige. The top cabinets are painted an airy white. The countertops are a solid white stone that goes throughout the kitchen, including the large island. This combination results in a stunning luxury kitchen.
The primary kitchen countertop continues into the dining area, providing lots of additional cabinets, plus an undercounter wine cooler.
The appliances are nestled in a wall of pebble-colored, floor-to-ceiling maple cabinetry. The refrigerator and freezer are covered with the same pebble colored wood the cabinets were created with.
The large island in the middle matches the rest of the cabinetry and provides a large work space. It also has an overhang that makes the perfect breakfast area or office area.
This home design includes two incredible wine storage or dry bar areas. Just off the kitchen is the main wine storage area. The top section is completely dedicated to wine storage while the bottom is a beautiful full-overlay custom cabinet, and the area is completed by the wood countertop. The built-in dry bar is situated between the dining and living room and includes a small countertop plus lots of storage in the top and bottom cabinets, which match the nearby living room cabinetry.

The refrigerator and freezer are concealed behind the same stunning “pebble” colored cabinetry that is found through the kitchen.

The lower cabinets are all finished with a beautiful “pebble” color. This stain is semi-transparent, allowing the grain of the wood to show through.
